There is no fee to have the GONE4EVER exhibit come to your location, however the following terms and conditions apply:

• The exhibit must be in a secure environment, with the venue hosting the exhibit being responsible for the security of the exhibit and its contents.
• The venue hosting the exhibit will be required to provide documentation of insurance coverage.
• The exhibit does require power to operate components of the exhibit.
• The exhibit does require a significant period of time to set up and take down, and therefore the minimum period of time at any location is requested to be at least 5 days.
• Other requirements necessary in hosting the exhibit may be added at any time.
